Madeleine Birtles is the principle adviser and is able to assist whether you are a First Time buyer, home mover, re-mortgaging or a buy to let investor. In addition she can provide advice on life, critical illness and income protection insurance to protect your mortgage or lifestyle.
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority.
As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply. The cost of this insurance depends on several factors, such as your age, where you live and your occupation. As a result, the cost you will pay is based on your own circumstances.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend on your circumstances, typically we charge a fee of £295. This will be confirmed in the initial meeting

Madeleine was incredible throughout the whole process of us buying our first house. We had a several appointments where she talked us through everything and answered all our questions. She didn't assume any knowledge on our part and was happy to go through every document in great details. She was also available over email and answered queries and concerns really quickly. Absolutely brilliant - I don't know what we'd do without Madeleine. We've had her help for eight years and must have saved many thousands of pounds. She's super-efficient and top in her field. Her fee comes from the lender and she can get hold of rates you'll never find online. I wouldn't use any other advisor now.

I was a first time buyer looking to buy a house around the Urmston area. I was recommended to use Madeleine by a friend and she was excellent! During uncertain times with mortgage rates changing daily and having not been through the process before, Madeleine was always at the end of the phone to go through my options and put my mind at ease. When I finally got an offer excepted on a house she was in touch right the way through the process until we got the keys. Her knowledge through all parts of the process was amazing and what can be a stressful time was made a simple as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy to use Madeleine and I'll be using her again for any future dealings as 5 stars doesn't seem enough to show my gratitude for all her help!
